I have been involved in the real estate market in one way or another since 1995. I initially became a loan officer and then in 2003 became licensed as a real estate agent. I am the broker/owner of Regal Realty of the Treasure Coast, LLC based in St Lucie County on the east coast of Florida in the Treasure coast region. I also work in the Palm beaches as both areas have been my home for more than 20 years. I was born and raised in London England, and nothing excites me more that assisting foreign nationals to get a piece of the South Florida sunshine. To add to my capabilities I am a Certified International property Specialist and a Transnational Referral Specialist.

I am also a short sale specialist. Being certified as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist and also being a Certified Distressed Property Expert helps me assist my clients wade through the red tape of one of these complicated and sometimes time consuming transactions.
