I live, work, and play in Anatolia.  I know this area better than any other part of the county.  I know the area so well that banks contact me on a weekly basis to perform property valuations on some of their assets.  I like doing this because it keeps my skills honed.

This area was hit very hard by the foreclosure market because it was built at the peak: 2005-2007.  That left only one way for the community to go... down.  That left a lot of the local residents in a position where they could only afford to sell their homes short.  As a result, I have become a Certified Distressed Property Expert.  Simply, what that means is that I can do short sales better than just about anyone else.
