Specializing in residential/commercial remodeling and design/build projects, we cover the entire spectrum of home construction. We design and craft home additions, complete-home renovations and individually remodeled rooms. We insist on working very closely with our customers to design and build everything that meets their individual needs.
In 2012 M.C.T. Construction, Inc., owned and operated by Mark C. Terry celebrated 25 years in the home remodeling/construction business.
Over the last 25 years the world around us has changed drastically and M.C.T. has stayed in tune with the times using quality, energy efficient building materials, innovative designs, and tried and true quality craftsmanship that shows the pride of ownership being an owner operated company can offer.

Our whole family was touched by how gentle and kind everyone was to Schatzi. Her illness and age related vulnerability was my biggest concern with respect to having work done in the house. It was very reassuring to know that when I was not home, my sweet little old dog was treated with such care and thoughtfulness. I like to think that her last days were made a little more interesting by the comings and goings of such a nice group.

Mark and his crew were the best! Mark was very attentive to our concerns and made a point to listen to all the little details about what we wanted in our initial visit. When he came back with his final presentation, it was as if he had read our minds with exactly what we wanted. Once he started our project, Mark and his staff were very professional. We received daily updates from Mark about the progress of our addition and he gave us a chance to ask questions.
As you can see by some of the photos on this website, our addition was extensive. Mark and his staff were very observant of not invading our privacy or space and he and his staff made sure they left our property very clean at the end of each workday. He was timely in meeting all of his projected goals and finished our project in the time frame that he outlined in our initial visit. We couldn’t be more happy with our final outcome or the decision to add on to our home and Mark is the reason why we are happy.
