Get to Know Sarah McLamb
I first became a Realtor to assist my husband. My husband is a custom home builder. If you are interested in learning more about him and his services, please e-mail me! I did not know that I was going to fall in love with being a Realtor, but I have! Through working with all of my clients, I have found friendships and connections that I would not have had. Being that my husband is a licensed contractor, I have really had the opportunity to educate myself on the real, inside out truth of homes. I spend a lot of time on site when my husband has a home under construction. In addition to helping monitor the work that goes on, I also make sure to ask a lot of questions! Every piece of information that I can learn about a home is a piece of expertise that I can offer to my clients. Many Realtors can tell you if a home "shows well," but I think I am a unique Realtor because I have seen numerous homes go up from footings, to studs, to trusses! I also am a great choice of Realtor if you are looking for land to build your custom home on. I am just as happy to walk a lot with you as I am to show you a home!
