A buyer or seller would want to work with me because I see real estate as more of a service profession than a sales profession.  I have 7 years of "sales/service" experience having worked in furniture sales.  My furniture clients enjoyed working with me because I didn't treat them like they were my next paycheck.  I enjoyed getting to know each and every client, and by doing so, I was able to build a rapport which kept them coming back to me time and time again.  I plan to treat this new career in the same manner.
