For many years I worked for the State of Michigan. From my education, training and experience, I bring to real estate the qualities of honesty, integrity and caring that guided my teaching and social work careers.
Living in Southwestern Michigan for over half-a-century, I am very familiar with our land and lakes, communities and cultures and am comfortable not only working in Cass County, but also St. Joseph, Branch, VanBuren and Kalamazoo Counties.
My 5th year in real estate ended in January 2008. I thank all my clients for their kindness and support in helping me have 5 successful years and look forward to their referrals and future business.
I love the variety real estate provides. That variety has 'spiced my life' with wonderful relationships and friends, great sellers and great buyers, beautiful homes, land and waterfront.
What do I love most? I honestly can't decide.
First time home buyers are wonderful. The teacher in me enjoys providing them the information they need to make their first home purchase. Guiding them through the process and helping them find their first dream home is pure and simple joy.
Vacant land transactions offer so many possibilities. Growing up on an eighty-acre farm gave me a 'love of the land' from my earliest memories. Land use and agriculture are both passionate interests of mine.
Waterfront property also ranks high on my 'love list'. A family home on Diamond Lake made me a 'water person' at an early age. Helping folks find that vacation home or waterfront lifestyle is another love.
As a REALTOR® who has lived in Southwestern Michigan for over half a century, I'm comfortable with the rural counties of Cass, Van Buren, Branch and St. Joseph as well as the more urban Kalamazoo Co.
