| When I worked with MaryCruz Solorzano as a Real Estate Professional, I was a first time home buyer. I had a great experience with her, she also gave me her honest opinion at every turn. That meant telling me the downsides of houses that interested me, and, letting me know the upsides of houses, I didn't even considered. She was also very patient and explained every single detail about real estate definitions and a very important feature for me is that she speaks Spanish, which made the process of looking for a house even easier. |

| We bought our first home with Mary Cruz in September 2013. She was thorough from the beginning. We attended a class for first time buyers at her office that explained a lot about the process and requirements to buy a property. When we decided to buy she sat with us to talk about what we really wanted for our home, our needs and price range. She was always straight forward and made us aware of possible bumps along the way but (and I really appreciated this) she was never pushy. We started our search in a time when properties came into the market one day and were sold the next, but I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. She made us feel comfortable and taken care of at all times. As of their service, she would pick us up to go look at properties and she was always fast to answer any emails, texts or calls with our many questions. We also appreciated her input about the different areas we visited and her suggestions on location, school districts and other important factors. We are very happy with our purchase and I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy/sell. |

| I really recommend her, she speaks Spanish and was so helpful with all the papers, loan, inspection etc. Also she show us a lot of options according to my requests. If I have to buy a house again I definitely work again with her, she was always available for us and gave us a hotel night because the moving was slow (it was new years eve). |

| I liked having Mary as my real state agent when I was looking to buy my first house. She took the time to explain the whole process, answer all my questions and understand what I was looking for before going to see houses. She was really helpful looking for potential houses based on what she learned from me and ensured we focused our time on houses that I was interested in and not just what she suggested. She stayed very positive on the whole process and was very patient, always trying to learn what I liked and disliked of each house to look for better options next time. She was also very helpful beyond looking for the perfect house for us. She ensured I had the information I needed through the whole process and recommended contacts for other things that were needed like inspection and repairs. She was always available to answer any doubt I had and did all she could to make this process easier and enjoyable. |
