Hello. My name is Marti Cupples and I have been in Real Estate since early 2004. I am a Stanly County native, grew up on Lake Tillery and have recently moved back on the lake with my family. I am married to a police officer in Charlotte and we have 2 girls, Claire and Katherine.
We are active members of The United Methodist Church in Norwood as well as the local YMCA.
I love helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. I am very familiar with all of Stanly County, buy my expertise is Norwood and Lake Tillery. I have spent the majority of my life on Tillery and have a lot of lake knowledge.
I also enjoy helping first time home buyers find their first home. I understand that buying a house for the first time can be very overwhelming and even confusing. My job is to make the whole process smooth and uneventful.
The most important thing I've learned, especially with sellers, is communication. Anyone can put a sign in a yard and leave, but to know what's going on every week and to have feedback after EVERY showing is what makes a REALTOR your agent.
