I have lots of customer service which carries over to Staging and being able to work with the Sellers in an appropriate professional manner. I also completed all Real Estate Appraisal Courses and I worked in the Real Estate market as a Broker for several years in the past. This being said I understand the needs of agents and sellers in selling their houses. I am also accredited with Staged Homes.Com as an Accredited Staging Professional which is recognized by the National Association of Realtors and also with Property Staging Consultants.

I do verbal and written consultations along with hands on. In my consultations I start from the outside to the inside giving suggestions from landscaping to closets in creating more space and decluttering. Staging furnished or vacant homes, new construction for model homes, professional and business offices.

I can also help with Redesign which utilizes what one already has in their home. Again I am here to help use the décor that you already have in your house for Staging and Redesign in order to help keep your cost down. I can help with choosing paint colors, decluttering, or just a turn-key job which will help take the stress off of you. Fees range depending on size, work to be done and location.
