Get to Know Mark Wheeler
I am an Environmentally & Socially Conscious, Expert Real Estate Principal Broker & Realtor. I am a long time landlord & real estate investor. I also serve on the Portland Metropolitan Realtor Association (PMAR) Professional Standards Committee, & have served on the PMAR Homeownership Opportunities Committee and the Sustainability Committee. I am on the Board of Managers for the Oregon Real Estate Forms Company which provides all of the forms we use for real estate in Oregon. I co-own Roots Realty with my partner Michele Gila, who has served as a Director for PMAR and as one of PMAR's PAC Trustees. She served as the 2012 Vice President of Member Services for PMAR, which is a liaison between the PMAR Executive Committee and Public Relations Committee. She has also served on the PMAR Homeownership Opportunities Committee and the Sustainability Committee, and as the Treasurer for the Board of Managers for the Oregon Real Estate Forms Company. All of this activity helps make us excellent, tuned in, buyer & seller agents. Lastly, we never try to represent both buyer & seller in the same sale. We will give you our undivided expertise.
