I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York.  To this day, I am a loyal Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres fan. Long suffering I might add. I moved to Columbus, Ohio to attend The Ohio State University.  I was a business major with a focus on marketing.  I still closely follow the Buckeyes.  

I stayed in the Columbus area where I had careers in operations management, industrial sales, and commercial insurance sales.

My wife, Kyle and I met while working in retail distribution for JC Penney Catalog Operations, in Columbus.  We lived in Bexley, Ohio for almost 20 years and have been married for 25 years. We have 3 rescue cats,  Max,  Jax and Mitt. 

I have been practicing real estate for more than 20 years. Like so many wanting to escape the cold of winter, we purchased a vacation home in Naples. Coming down whenever possible for a week here and there.  We found ourselves wanting to spend even more time here, not wanting to go home!  That's when we decided to make Naples our permanent home and have been happy here ever since.  So if you are looking to do something similar, I've been in your shoes and can help you do it too.  It is truly paradise here.

I’ve received numerous awards over the years and became a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.  Most recently, my clients voted me as a Gulfshore Life Magazine Five Star Real Estate Professional.

This was accomplished with a lot of hard work and dedication to the thousands of buyers and sellers I’ve had the pleasure to serve during my real estate career.  I look forward to similar accomplishments with Downing-Frye Realty.
