My wife and I are the parents of 2 boys and have 3 beautiful grandchildren between the ages of 5 and 6. I have lived in Florida since 1965. I am a Real Estate Agent with Tropic Shores Realty specializing in the Tampa Bay area. With 16 years in the realestate industry I have what it takes to provide you with the services you want and need. Not only am I a Florida Licensed Sales Associate I am a State Certified Residential Realestate Appraiser with 13 years of in the field experience. Given my real estate experience my knowledge of the market and market values surpasses that of many of my colleagues.
I see myself as a facilitator of sorts; I enjoy bringing buyer's and seller's together and getting the deal done. I truely enjoy people with all of their (myself included) quirks. Part of this business is the challenges posed by those differences in each of us and the end result of making them mesh together for the good of all those involved.
