25+ year veteran selling homes in the Metro Detroit Region.  I've been with the same RE/MAX office now for over 23 years! My business is pretty much split right down the middle, 50/50 between sellers and buyers. I seem to have always attracted a lot of first time buyers, it's fun helping a young couple get into their first home and growing up in the Livonia area it's the perfect side of town to settle down and start a family!

I use a friendly not too high pressure approach, most my clients seem to be attracted to my style which is relaxed and very casual typically, I may actually throw a suit on for the closing... but really, probably not!.

Typically I'm available most anytime with reasonable notice and work about 75% of time right out of my home office (Man's Cave) at home.. with the rest working out in Novi at the office.
