Native to Idaho, it holds a special value in my heart. This is such a wonderful place to live, work, and create the memories we all deserve. Just north of Boise is "the Boise North End" Just now I am putting on the market a home built in 1915 the resides in the North End Historic Preservation District. So, through necessity, I have become a remodeling expert and enjoy helping them with their projects. This area is filled with many fix it uppers which appeal to the professional investors as well as the DIY crowd who wish to make the most of their sweat equity. I dedicated a couple of years on the board of directors for the North End Neighborhood Association in order to serve my community and find out as much as possible about the benefits of the new designation for the community in which I live and how to best work within the guidelines and processes that are now in place to preserve the beauty and character of the neighborhood.
Recognizing that change is inevitable and necessary for growth, I embrace change and assist others through the many and varied tasks when searching out the answers to my clients questions and completing the tasks relating to their finding just the right property for them.
