I have extensive experience in real estate, beginning in the mortgage finance side of the business.  I founded and operated a mortgage banking operation for seven years which gives me an advantage over other realtors in that I fully understand the importance, complexity and inner workings of this side of the business.  Financing is a huge part of the process and, without it, a real estate transaction usually cannot be consummated.

I am also highly resourceful and creative, which is an asset on the marketing side which is so critical to sellers listing their homes.  Analytically, I am a former audit / accounting professional and continue to hold my CPA license.  This helps in assessing market values as I spend a great deal of time for my prospective clients in truly assessing what their home is worth on the open market.

I also am a very hard worker and conscientious in all that I do.  I have been called a perfectionist and try and use that to my advantage through constant preparation and research to avoid surprises and proactively consult with my clients to provide the absolute best value possible whether assisting a buyer or seller.
