Real estate has been and is currently my job and my life! Since 1967, I've diligently worked with sellers and buyers throughout the Corpus Christi/Coastal Bend area in S TX and have made it my goal to make sure sellers and buyers are excited about the real estate process. Through continuing education and team effort, I am well informed on a daily basis of the ever changing real estate market and am willing to share my expertise with sellers and buyers to proceed to a positive end result. After all these years, I am embracing the Internet and technology by breaking out of my "dinosaur egg" to be a part of this current world of change! The ePro Certification is being completed as I write and I hold the GRI Designation. CCAR selected me as the Realtor of the Year for 2006. I am currently serving as a director and am a past president of the association as well as chairing several task forces to "make things better".
It is of utmost importance to me that potential clients are comfortable with me from the onset; therefore a telephone or in person interview is available!
Because of the number of years in the business, I have the experience to assist with all areas of the real estate business/market. I am a terrific "first contact" for any real estate need as I have rapport with other Realtors who are experts in their special fields and are willing to work with me to make a transaction work. It is important to make sure the customer/client need is met as a single Realtor cannot be "all things to all needs"; therefore, the need for rapport with fellow Realtors/licensees.
Residential sales and property management are the specialties for me! A number of owners are electing to retain ownership of properties in my area for investment purposes and need a good property manager.....I am the one to make it work!
