Older than he looks; Soft spoken; Motivated as all get out; was President of the local Multiple Listing Service from 2004 - 2006; was 2008 President Elect of local Board of REALTORS, 2011 Vice-President of the Western Piedmont Home Builders Association, President of Morgant...on's Down Town Development Association and sits on the City of Morganton Advisory Board as well as the Board of Directors of The Historic Burke Foundation; Determined to do what it takes to make relocating easy; Born in Morganton, moved to Charlotte, returned to Morganton in 2000; Started a successful real estate and residential development firm (Traditional Properties/ Perry & Parham Real Estate); Married (his wife, Erin, no slacker herself, an accountant and small business consultant); Realized growing demand for property and housing (what with emerging tourism, growing retiree communities and exploding regional interest in our area); works like a dog; Knows Morganton and the development and real estate community like the back of his hand, and places his firm's clients at the Number Two spot on his priority list. Number one priority is his daughter Ella and wife Erin. As it should be.
