Marc graduated from DePauw University in 2009 with a degree in Communications. After six years serving clients in the insurance and financial services industry, he followed his passion and began a career in real estate. Marc brings with him a set of proven negotiating skills and a client-first mentality. Over time, he has also been active in the purchase, renovation, and sale of numerous investment properties and uses this experience to help his clients see the true potential of a home. Comparative Market Analysis – Accuracy is key when preparing a market analysis, and our team brings you over 70 years of combined experience in estimating home values.  In fact, I will give three recommended list prices with each market analysis.  The first will be the recommended price for a 180 day (or less) sale time, the second is a 120 day sale time, and the third is for a 60 day sale time.  My goal is to help you understand your home's anticipated marketing time based upon different list prices.
