I like how the directions say, "Humanize your profile". I am NOT a robot. :-) I'm actually a grandmother of 6, let's start with the good stuff. I was in Civil Engineering for many years, not going to say how many.....I was requisitioned by the military to survey in Iraq in 2008 where I was on the same base as my husband. He is still in Afghanistan, I miss him! About my work, I am Senior Analyst at MAPS 290, which I'm thrilled to be in on the ground floor. It is an amazing stand alone software that sellers are loving! | 07/29/2014 – I have been using the program/method for 3 months. I find it easy to get in the door of expired listings as it gives me an edge over others who are not using it. Also, I had several homes that were not getting offers, after going over the summary with the homeowners, making the recommended changes, all of the homes had accepted offers and all have closed! I highly recommend this program and the method that is taught. If you want to increase your business, get this today! |

| My home had been on the market for 3 months with no offers. Our realtor came in and completed a Home Score on a Friday, the following Saturday we had another Open House and received an accepted offer. The Home Score program definitely helped sell my house. |

| Gwen came to my house and scored my house that I had on the market. I had it listed with another agency for 7 months with no action. I switched company’s and they had Gwen come by to see if there was anything to improve the sale. My house scored high and Gwen gave me some wonderful tips on improving the look even more.
