Here's our brief chronology the team:

     Mike has been a realtor since 1992, and his experience and caring manner for his clients needs, has been the cornerstone of building a happy client base in Vancouver. As a RE/MAX realtor, he has the training and networks to serve his clients professionally. 

     In 2001, Mike's wife Claire,  joined him in his real estate practice. Together, they built www.mikeandclaire.ca  , new business systems, and served more clients, more effectively.

     In 2005, Christine Hay, a past client, joined them and Team Andruff began (Our product is homes ... our passion is people!). Also at this time, our website evolved into http://www.teamandruff.ca/ . We now featured our listings with videos, as well as pictures, floor plans, and all pertinent documents PDF'ed (particularly for condos). We also offered buyers a Virtual Office Website (VOW) for property searches.   We started blogging and using Craig's List and YouTube.com for our property videos. This is a team intro video:

In 2008, our attention turned to working more effectively with our buyer segment.  We developed a new site called http://www.vancouverpropertyfinder.com/ . The website showcases all properties listed in Vancouver, BC. Yes, the Team Andruff site remains as a prime site for showcasing our listings for sale.

     In  2009, Greg Andruff, Mike and Claire's son,  joined the team. You can view this site and the Team's bois here. Also in 2009, Mike established himself as a Personal Real Estate Corporation. This is a strategic business decision for Mike and it illustrates the evolution of his real estate practice.
