I confess. I don’t sell hundreds of homes a year like some agents brag about.
My goal is to help 20 to 30 home sellers this year get their homes sold for top dollar.
That’s two to three homes a month. It’s enough to make a decent living but few enough to allow me to devote the time to each client that they deserve.
I don’t want to build a large team and end up managing and training agents.
I actually like doing the business myself. It’s what I was born to do.
