| Lynn sold a condo for us that had been on the market for two years. It had been listed with two other companies who made excuses for it not selling. This made us feel like they didn't even want to move it. We contacted Lynn and she got the job done in three months. | We have had the benefit of Lynn's expertise a couple of times in the past few years. First we needed to sell my mother's condo which had been on the market for almost 2 years with other realtors. We felt that Lynn understood how important it was for us to move the property. She did a better job of advertising and promoting the property and it sold with in 3 months. A couple of years later, we found a home for sale that we really wanted to buy. Lynn helped us through the offer process. When it was accepted, we needed a short-term loan until our house was sold. Lynn guided us through that process then made specific recommendations of things we needed to take care of in order for a quick sale. Our home sold in about 3 months. We really appreciated Lynn's availability. Whenever we had a question, she got back to us in a timely manner. Through the whole process of buying and selling a home, we always felt that she had our best interest in mind and that she was in our corner. |
