My name is Liz Vatovec, I am a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and Kentucky. I received my license in 2004 and have been with Keller Williams Realty for the majority of that time.  I have lived in Clarksville since 2001 but am originally from Stockton CA. I am married to my wonderful husband, Jason. He recently retired from the Army after serving 20 yrs. 10 of those years have been spent here at Fort Campbell with the 5th Special Forces Group. We have many friends and ties to this community and plan to stay for a long time. I enjoy helping families find the right home for them. I understand the stress of relocating and will try to make the transaction as smooth and easy as possible for all my clients.

I also feel another duty to my clients and customers is to stay up to date on all areas of real estate, not just listing and selling homes. Our market is continually changing with the large number of new construction homes built and the tightening of rules on mortgages.
