For the last 27 years, I have been active in the sales and marketing field, the last 14 years being in the real estate services market.  I spent 6 years as a loan officer with various banks, with a national Title Company Underwriter for 4 years, and have been with Capital Title as Regional Sales Manager for nearly 5 years.  I have had my Michigan Real Estate License for 7 years, which I believe makes me a very well rounded resouce to my customers.  I have served on the board for Women's Council of Realtor's for two years and am currently Marketing and Communications Director. I served 2 years on the Livingston County Board of Realtors as Chair of the Education Committee.  I am beginning my second term on the Education Committee for the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors and am truly enjoying this Board!

I am passionate about marketing and education.  I founded a school for continuing education, iTraining, where I brought timely topics to realtor and lender clients for continuing education.  When not at work, you'll find me teaching at Cleary University and Baker College, where I have been teaching marketing classes for 17 years and 3 years respectively.  I volunteer my time teaching real estate agents and loan officers marketing classes as well as computer software classes.  This volunteering allowed me to be voted "Affiliate of the Year" two years in a row (2007-08 and 2008-09) with the Livingston County Association of Realtors, as well as 2007-08 "Affiliate of the Year" with the Women's Council of Realtors.
