Loui has been a long time, 27-year resident of Steamboat Springs and the Yampa valley. If he looks familiar, Loui along with partner Joe Pete LoRusso owned and operated the Old Town Pub for over 17 years. Over the years Loui has invested in commercial and residential properties, and has performed numerous section 1031 real estate exchanges. Loui brings extensive knowledge of the construction business, having worked as a project manager and field superintendent, building both residential and commercial projects. He is an elected member of the Steamboat Springs City Council serving as president pro-tem, and sits on the board of directors of the Yampa Valley Housing Authority. Loui joined Old Town Realty in 2004. He now brings his years of experience and real estate knowledge of the Yampa Valley to you.
