I am an Arizona native. I love the state of Arizona and all it has to offer. One of the things I most enjoy in my life is traveling the state with my family. We like to hike, camp, fish, hunt and go boating. There is not a place we have not visited and enjoyed together.
As an Arizona native, I am familiar with much of the state and can help you find the right home in the right community. I was born and raised on the west side of the Valley and I still live on the west side of town. I know much about this area and therefore have found my niche on the west side. Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Waddell, El Mirage, Avondale, Goodyear, Tolleson and Litchfield Park are my specialty areas. Not only do I sell resale homes that you would love, but work closely with the new home builders on the west side too.
I like working with all types of clients - Military and First Responders, Investors and 2nd home buyers. Working with first time home buyers is a passion of mine. I love to see their faces light up when they find their first dream home.

| I highly recommend Lori Ann Scardina to anyone interested in buying or a selling a home. She is the hardest working realtor I have ever worked with. I recently divorced and needed to purchase a home for myself and my children. I met with several realtors who kept trying to persuade me into a rental home. I did not want to rent a home and pay someone else's mortgage if I could buy my own home. I was referred to Lori by a friend, and we looked at homes daily. I was becoming discouraged that I would not find a home in my price range or time frame but Lori kept encouraging me that she was not going to give up until she found a home for my family. Seven months have passed since I have moved into my new home and we couldn't be happier. |

| Lori Scardina, is so helpful. I am a person coming from out of state back to my home state of AZ, I told Lori exactly what I wanted, and I'm a very picky person, she ran with my requests and had about 20 houses for me to choose from, my mother met with her and they looked at all the houses and then finally found the house, nice sized home with everything I wanted and the price was perfect for me, as I am a single woman and this house is perfect for me, it has everything I wanted and more. Lori is very generous and a caring person, she wants only the best for her clients. I recommend using Lori as your realtor, she'll find you whatever you're looking for. An awesome lady and a great friend . |

| I am a loan officer doing business in both California and Arizona. I was referred to Lori Scardina by a good friend of mine to list my investment property in Az for sale. I Travel back and forth to my office in California quite a bit and she took care of everything on the sale of my property while I was away. We have also worked on and closed a few deals since then. | I worked with Lori to get established in the Surprise area and her knowledge of the area as well as the valley and the market industry is overwhelming. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and the area I wanted. We never even looked at anything outside what I wanted. She figured out through watching me and my likes and dislikes exactly what I wanted and the home I ended up with I got sight unseen except for pictures online, and it was beyond my expectations I highly recommend using Lori and have referred her to many people and everyone has been satisfied |
