After living four years in Queensland, Australia, my husband, Teton valley native Dr. Jim Davis and our two youngest children moved back to Teton Valley in 2001. I earned my pilots license while in Australia and was President of the Bundaberg Aero Club for several years. What a great experience! I enjoy getting in a few rounds of golf in the summer and find a warm fire and a good book relaxing in winter. That, of course, after a few brisk runs on the snow machine.
As a Certified Feng Shui Consultant I enjoy using my Feng Shui experience in helping sellers prepare their property for maximum response from buyers.
Because of the rural and small town nature of our real estate market, I have had experience in assisting clients in buying and selling a number of different types of properties, including primary residences, second/vacation homes, condos/townhouses, lots, large farm acreages, and large development parcels. I have also assisted the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial and investment property. Currently our market is making a major shift to a mountain resort community. With four new world class golf courses, Grand Targhee Ski and Summer Resort expansion, and many other new and exciting things happening in the Teton Valley it poses some real estate challenges. It is a challenge I love!
