My name is Cindy Nelson I have been in the Mortgage field for over 10 years. I started in the business as Loan officer for a Company called Ameriquest, where I learned the business. I moved on to work for Accu Banc which  was bought out by National City Mortgage. Iwas hired in as a Loan Officer. I became there top Loan Officer after 60 days. I was awarded into the Millionaire Club, for doing over a million dollars worth of business. I worked my way up to Sales Manager maintaining my own pipeline. After they shut our office down I moved to Equicredit which was under BOA. I was based in Chicago and was promoted to Georgia where our branch was ranked #1. Well I was able to learned to process and close loans. After BOA closed us down  I moved to WAMU in Camp Creek where I got into underwriting.  I since been on the broker side in which I have learned another side of this Industry. I have a wide range of experience in which most Loan officer dont have. I can process and underwrite my own file. I have better idea of what will be approved on the front end. I know time is money so I dont waste any time.
