I have lived in Cleveland, Georgia for over 5 years and love it! I was a stay at home mom for over 7 years and I started working as a real estate agent when both of my kids started school full time.
We are located about 1 hour northeast of Atlanta in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Helen, GA is our local tourist spot and many people like to vacation here, taking in our natural beauty and wild life.
Things have been going well since I began with real estate. I have had many closings, with 17 closings alone in 2008. We opened our office last year and now have several agents working with us and are continuing to grow.
Our areas in Northeast Georgia include: Alto, Baldwin, Clarkesville, Cleveland, Demorest, Helen, and Mount Airy. I mostly work with residential listings, but I also have commercial listings, as well as vacant land, and cabins that are used as full time living or investment and/or second homes. Also, I have access to several websites that provide me with foreclosure lists and work with REO properties and have been certified as a REOS.
