I am working with Keller Williams as a full time professional Realtor specializing in foreclosed and investment properties. I am also available to handle regular residental and vacant land sale needs. I am honest and ethical, making sure I am in constant contact until the transactions are completed.

I owned my own real estate investment company for several years in which I bought, rehabbed and sold properties. This gives me unique understanding of the investors' needs and concerns.

Along with the investment company, I ran my own company installing and training clients on how to use Microsoft’s Solomon software for over 20 years. What made us unique in the market was my accounting background. Many times I would work as an intermediary between the client and their auditors. As the economy changed in metro Detroit, I decided to sell the company to a CPA firm and explore other options.  This provided me with extensive experience working with a variety of personalities.

My strengths lie in my ability to see the big picture and determine the steps that need to be taken to get the project completed on an efficient and timely basis.

Specialties: I am now working with Keller Williams and have become a Certified Distressed Property Expert. This means that I specialize in helping people that are upside down in their mortgages find solutions. I also work with investors to help them find the property that will optimize their investment..

I was recently granted approval by the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulartory Affairs for 2013-2015 as an instructor for prelicensure and continuing education courses for Real Estate.
