I specialize in first time home buyers and REO properties. My market is saturated with foreclosures, and my goal is to get buyers into these properties for great prices. These are generally homes these buyers wouldn't be able to afford in a seller's market. Once these buyers get into the property, they begin maintaining it and help to bring the neighborhood values up all around.
It's an incredible feeling to visit your client (usually now your friend!) at their new home and see the sense of pride that has taken over the new homeowner!
Lauren graduated from the University of Georgia in August of 2001 with a degree in Finance. In January of 2002, she joined Real Estate West, Inc. in her hometown of Carrollton, GA.
