I specialize in residential resale homes throughout Durham Region, waterfront homes around Lake Scugog and country homes. My background is in new home construction. No, I didn't work at a new home site selling homes out of a model home. I worked alongside my husband in his custom home building business. I pride myself on having done every dirty job in construction. It has given me a strong background in understanding homes from the footings to the roof trusses. I am just as comfortable explaining drainage board, wells and septic systems as I am in discussing the latest paint colours. I like to say 'It's all about style' but I really believe my clients need to understand the 'meat and potatoes' of the home they are purchasing.
