Linda has lived in Los Angeles County for all of her life. Recently she moved from La Verne to northern Fontana (still the 210 Corridor) with her husband Rich, three of her five kids, Belle and Aslan, the dogs. Because of this, she has a vast knowledge of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Ventura Counties. Her Realtor experience helped to solidify this knowledge.
Linda not only worked in real estate, but was Executive Director of a non-profit called "Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse", a Public Information Officer for the American Red Cross, and many other positions that contribute to her vast knowledge that she uses to help her clients.
She began her career in 2005 and has had much success in helping people achieve the American Dream of home ownership. In 2012 Linda began to be concerned about the baby boomer's who were being taken advantage of. So she decided to do something about it. She went back to school and got her SRES, Senior's Real Estate Specialist designation which encompassed all kinds of issues relating to seniors. This combined with her past employment in Reverse Mortgages gave her a well-rounded picture of how to help seniors in their golden years.
So whether you are a first-time home buyer or wanting to downsize your home, Linda is your go-to gal. She will help you get into a house that's perfect for you!
Linda has lived in Southern California all of her life. Her father was 59 when she was born and therefore has a great passion for the older generation. Many of her real estate clients have been seniors and if you ask her, she will tell you about her favorite deal in real estate.
For a few years, she took a break from real estate and went to work doing Reverse Mortgages. She has a vast knowledge of this and put her mother into one at the time. Her mother is very happy with the result and now has peace of mind for her future care and finances.
Because of her dealings with her mother and reverse mortgages, she has a good understanding of trusts as well. This helps quite a bit when handling transactions where a trust is involved.
To prove her commitment to seniors, Linda took the classes to become a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) It only enhanced her knowledge of the current and future needs of those who she truly desires to help and gave her more of the bigger picture.
Linda always says she wants everyone to be treated with the respect, dignity and professionalism she would want her own mother treated with. So you can count on her to be A Realtor You Can Trust. And the professionals she has on her team are equally as dedicated to serving the golden agers as the need arises.
