Golly, don't I sound so serious?? 

I do take my work seriously.  But  I also love having fun!  And I love it when my clients have a good time Buying or Selling!

I enjoy gardening, photography, swimming, garden design, cooking and eating, camping and hiking, touring remote country roads, visting gardens, visting museums, visiting restaurants, reading, visiting garden centers, watching old TV episodes and old movies.  Did I mention flowers, trees, and gardens?

Home Buyers--Sometimes you're not even sure you are in a position to buy!  A "Get Acquainted with Home Buying" meeting in my office can help you decide if you are ready to move ahead, or if you need to be a little more prepared.

Rural Homes and Outlying areas--Rural homes and farms can have their own special circumstances and challenges, whether you are buying or selling.  Use an agent who is experienced and knows what to look for.

Senior Citizen Clients--The goals and circumstances of persons moving into managed care, or a son or daughters' home, are different than other Sellers' goals.  Let me give you the best attention and advice possible.

Marketing Properties--My Favorite!  Each listing has a unique, targeted marketing plan based on the home.  I market both to Buyer's agents and to Buyers themselves.  That is what I call the "one-two marketing punch!
