I am broker/owner of Pathway Home Realty Group, Inc., which operates in MA and RI. I have homes in Chestnut Hill, MA and Cranston, RI (Thus the 2 divisions). I have been a Realtor for 20 years. Most of my business is repeat or referral. My clients chose to work with me because I know my business, I treat their money as if it were my own, and I am transparently honest.
Our company operates as a 'single agent': we represent both buyers and sellers, but never in the same transaction. Our goal is to avoid any conflict of interest for our clients and to ensure they are represented 100%.
I believe in continuing education in my trade and hold the following designations: ABR, CRS, GRI, LTG and PMN.
I have taught first time home buyer classes, and also have trained many agents in listing and selling real estate.
In addition, I volunteer in the local and Realtor community. Locally, I have volunteered with Big Sister Organization. In the Realtor family, I am 2007 National President of Women's Council of Realtors, the 12th largest women's organization in the country.
I am a residential Realtor, and have worked with first time, move up and downsizer buyers. Because I own a 2nd home in RI, and I feel there are tremendous values there for 2nd home and investments ( or even primary residents!), I can be helpful in this arena.
Most important: I listen to what the consumer needs, and work to achieve his/her goals.
