When it comes to real estate search I find it interesting that the starting point of popular portals makes the assumption that you already know where you want to, or are going to live...What if I want help deciding? Real estate professionals help home buyers make decision at the neighborhood, or perhaps regional level at best, but who will fill the void of larger scale considerations?

Millenials(speaking as one myself) are in general more open to relocating to new and exciting places that support their lifestyle, profession, and level of affordability, but how are they making those decisions now? Baby boomers are aging into retirement, many of them looking to relocate to affordable areas that support the lifestyle they've been dreaming of and saving for over the last several decades. Who will help them find the best communities for that need, and the real estate professionals that will bring them across that last mile of finding the right home and neighborhood?

Lifestyledlistings.com set out to answer those questions, and to do so we started our search process without the assumption that the buyer knows exactly where they want to live. To help them decide we start like an agent does with a buyer client: with questions about the lifestyle they're looking for, the motivation behind their purchasing decision. What we give in return is a "best-fit" match of listings on the market in communities that are great for the buyer's desired lifestyle.
