I look for the tree lined streets. I look for the houses in the unique and quirky neighborhoods. That is what my buyers should expect from their agent.

For my sellers, I use all of the experience I have garnered working in the Corporate world. I also work with you to have realistic goals when it comes to what your house is really worth. Let’s face it. Not every house is the greatest house on the street. But I know it’s your house and you deserve the maximum amount of money you can get for it. I will help you get that. For my investors I try to find the worst house in the best neighborhood so you make lots of money. I can introduce you to hard or soft money if you need it. Cash buyers, let’s close as quickly as possible so you start making money fast. I know people.
