I am an appraiser extraordinaire in the greater Fredericksburg, VA area.  I have extensive REO, Mobile Home and Land appraising experience and am FHA certified.  I have also lived in this area for 15 years, so I know this region very well. 

My service areas include the counties of Caroline, Culpeper, King George, Louisa, Orange, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Westmoreland and the city of Fredericksburg.

I enjoy connecting with loan officers, lenders and/or mortgage originators that would like to have a close professional relationship with an appraiser that performs a thorough job and prides herself in customer service.

I answer the phone or call back as soon as possible, answer emails quickly and am willing to help during off hours (who works 9-5, anyway?).  I also offer comp checks.  I run EVERY order through a check and let you know if there is going to be a problem before performing the appraisal.  I don't want anyone having to pay for an appraisal if the value is obviously not there.
