Get to Know William Levitz

I started my career in the Home Furnishing Business as a teenager. I became a national and an international Buyers agent for the industries largest retailers. My expertise consisted of doing a comparative analysis of the finest products developed for the industry throughout the world and how to promote these products throughout the many markets in this country. This experience was easily dovetailed into the Real Estate Industry. I had developed an inexhaustible daily shopping discipline as well as a discriminating eye for detail which is paramount in the Real Estate Industry where there is an abundance of inventory of various degrees of quality. In 1979 I co-founded the Coldwell Banker franchise in this market. I am now the Broker of Gold Country Properties where my efforts are concentrated on providing professional service to individual clients as opposed to running a large real estate company.
