I have been through the highs and lows in this market and with all of the experience that I have in this business to me it is extremely important that the homebuyer is completely qualified and comfortable with their new home purchase.  At the end of the day I make sure that the borrower knows that they should not put themselves in a position to be house strapped.  You do not want to live for your home.  You want to find a house that you and your family are comfortable with and that you will be happy with.  It's all about prequalification today and I firmly believe that.   My priority is to help the home buyer achieve the home of their dreams and with lots of planning it can be done responsibly and properly.  When a first time homebuyer is purchasing a home they need to be empowered with knowledge that they can carry on throughout their lifetime and that's what I do I give them the knowledge they need to be a responsible home owner.
