With over 27 years working as a Realtor in the Upstate, LeAnne realized her professional goal of opening her own real estate company in 2011. The Expert Real Estate Team is dedicated to giving buyers and sellers the information they need to make informed decisions in today’s changing real estate market and guide them through the buying and selling process. LeAnne credits her success to holding her team to high industry and ethical standards and by placing a strong emphasis on continuing education to have the best trained buyer’s agents. As a result of education and mentoring in the field of real estate, LeAnne has developed a Buyers Advantage Program for buyers and a Guaranteed Sold Program for sellers, both of which have enabled the team to expand their client base year after year. She is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Certified Negotiation Expert.
