I’d like to share with you a little something about myself and why I’m so passionate about the helping buyers and real estate agents through the complicated process of financing a home.

First of all, even though I’ve been in the lending business since 1988, my background it a little different than most loan officers.

For 15 years, I managed the Lending Programs for two large credit unions.  Following this, I owned a successful swimming pool and spa service business in Northern Virginia and the reason it was successful was that I learned that customer service and quick response time is a critical asset to any business.

After I sold my business, I worked for a non-profit focused on economic and small business development, where I trained, educated, provided seminars and mentored people who either wanted to start a business or were struggling with maintaining their business. I worked with the Small Business Administration and know the ins and outs of working on government programs. While I can provide you with other types of mortgage finance options, the main focus of my business is USDA mortgage loans.

I know how to work with government loan programs (including FHA and VA loans) and can help you thru the maze of what it takes to help you purchase a home for you and your family.
