My Experience: Diverse and Valuable
My experience is diverse. I’ve worked with clients to find a lot, build a new house, find a fixer-upper, downsize or discover a new home for their growing family. I’ve been working in the Raleigh area for over eight years and have a great understanding of the market. If you’ll recall, 2009 wasn’t the best year to be a real estate agent. But with will, determination and a positive outlook, I built a strong business that continues to keep me happy and busy. I believe being an optimist is a good thing. I love what I do, and I think that shows. I’m just someone who loves life and finds the fun in every experience.

My accounting background has been a great tool in my real estate career. I spent over 25 years as a CPA, where I worked extensively with real estate developers and investors. This experience made me great at bringing all the information together, crunching the numbers and determining the best deal. I’m a confident negotiator that will always have your fiduciary interest top of mind.

Always Considering the Details
The details do matter. It’s often in the details that the most stress and confusion arise in real estate transactions. Leave those to me. I want to make this experience as easy and stress-free as possible. And my connection with you doesn’t end after the papers are signed. I love it when clients call me to ask a question or recommendation. Recently, a client called to invite me over to ask my opinion on a new backsplash in the kitchen. To me, that was one of the best things about what I do.
