I created APOD Extra to enable agents, landlords and investors to easy produce a 1-year property analysis that can be used in comparing multiple rental properties.  I wrote it in MS Excel using some of its advanced graphical features.  But these features are automatically produced, you just need to enter some basic values.  Even if you are not familiar with Excel, you can easily use APOD Extra.

Having an extensive computer background and then working towards a broker's license and a Property Management Certification (PMC), gives me a unique opportunity to produce property analysis software that is functional and easy to use.

My next product is AgentApt Analysis, a 10-year cash flow systems with very unique presentation features.  I understand that as agents we need to make presentations that are clear, eye-catching, as well as property analyses that highlight cash flow to our clients and support our listings.  Look for this new product in earlier August, 2012.

Some of my earlier accomplishments include, participation as a consultant for the Los Angeles Unified School District in the decision to include "microcomputers" in the school district during the earlier 1980's.  This was recognized by inclusion into;

"Who's Who in California"

"Who's Who in the West"

"Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America"

"Who's Who in the World"

Worked as a consultant to the American Broadcasting Company (ABC), during the 1984 Olympics coverage in Los Angeles, California.  I assisted various departments in the use and/or creation of specialized software applications, employee training on computer systems and technical support/problem shooting as needed.

I also hold the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) designations in computer networking using Microsoft products.

Currently, I work part-time at Moreno Valley College as an adjunct CIS instructor.  I assist faculty and students on the use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) , Visual C++, Adobe Photoshop and general computer usage on campus.

I enjoy working with computers and teaching.  Having a family of landlords and investors has help me see that I can incorporate my other experiences into another industry.
