Larry was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and attended Ballard High School in 1992. He went on to the University of Kentucky where he achieved a finance degree, and then to the University of Louisville where he received his MBA. He began his career in real estate as an investor in 2003, and fell in love with the excitement and enjoyment after helping a few friends buy and sell their homes. In 2005, he left a career in the finance world behind to pursue real estate full time.
Larry started his real estate career at ALS Realty and was consistently one of the top agents at the company. He moved to Keller Williams Realty in 2008 and again quickly rose to the top tier of single agents and continues to be in the top 1% of single agents year after year. Larry is also ranked in the top 5% of agents in Louisville, KY.

In addition to earning his Broker’s license, he has also earned several professional real estate designations including CRS, ABR, IMSD, GRI, CDPE, e-pro. In fact, less than 4% of Realtors nationwide have a CRS designation and even less have multiple designations. Education has always been important to him, and as such he strives to constantly better himself and his business with continued education. “Education keeps us fresh and on the cutting edge of technology, giving me and my clients a significant advantage over the competition,” he says. Larry and his family recently moved to Hunting Creek where he resides with his wife Meg, two children and two dogs. He loves spending as much time with them as possible, going to the park, zoo, and pool. His hobbies besides being a husband and father include classic cars, golf, basketball, racquetball, camping and radio control cars and planes.
