Having lived in northern Virginia all of my married life of 26 years I can say I know northern Virginia and northern Virginia real estate.   I spent my elementary years in Masschusetts, spent a year in Virginia, a year in Dallas before finishing my high school years out back in New England.  I know what it is like to move and have a special sensivity to military families who move every few years.   After going to college in western Pennsylvania and a year abroad in Barcelona, Spain I settled down in Northern Virginia where my husband and family have called home for the past 26 years. Living here this long has afforded me great insight as we watched our housing prices reach incredibly high price points in 2004 and 2005 only to watch them drop significantly along with the rest of the country.
