My name is Rhett Crow.  I work for Coldwell Banker Lake Chelan Properties in Chelan, WA.  I am a full time Realtor and year round resident of Chelan.  I take great pride in the fact that I am one of the few agents that work in all seasons.  Although our winters are slower, I think it shows a lot to my clients that I am still here for them even in the snow :)  I am and have been one of the top few Realtors in sales volume and units sold since I started my real estate career in 2006.  One thing all successful real estate agents have is product knowledge.  Besides work ethic, sincere dedication to my clients, and being advanced in today's technology, my product knowledge is one of my best business attributes.  Being able to take a client for a tour to look at anything and everything they want to see in a moments notice with no hick ups is extremely important.  I build confidence in my clients every time we meet.  My clients show me there approval and satisfaction by the referrals I consistently receive.  I sell and list all property big and small, and would be happy to be your Realtor!

Primarily a buyer's agent.  I love helping buyer's find the properties that meet there needs.  Whether it be on the market or something I have to "dig up," WE will find the perfect fit.  I am always available to show, and I prove that to my clients each and every time they show up unexpectedly and I am ready for them.  A 40+ year retired real estate broker once told me the number one thing he looked for when shopping for an agent to sell a property of his.  He told me he looked for the agent who sold the most listings, not who had the most listings.  I list plenty of property, but I sell many more than I list which I think is an excellent quality of a listing agent. Honesty.  The last thing you want is a Realtor who is going to tell you you can get more for your property than you really can.  It's hard to hear sometimes, but initial pricing and staying ahead of the market are of the most importance when listing your home.  Computer and Tech Savvy.  Google Earth, G, county/city websites, company sites, Craig's list, eBay, Trulia, Realtor.com, Z, ping, LinkedIN are a few of the websites and social networks I use and advertise through.  It is important to have a solid web presence with all the technological advancements we have these days.
