Shelley Kunselman has lived in Boulder County since 1967. She has raised two sons and is now blessed with four grandchildren. She is involved in several local community minded organizations, and has also been active in the Longmont Association of Realtors, the Boulder Area Realtors Association, and has served on many committees for both Associations. Shelley has worked in the financial industry since 1982, originating loans since 1993. Her growing client base includes families, business owners, real estate investors and first time home buyers. Her commitment to providing ongoing mortgage consultations entwines more than one generation of families. She has helped many customers develop a real estate portfolio to provide long term financial security.

Luke Kunselman has lived in Longmont for his whole life where he now makes his home with his wife Emily and two children Owen and Mia. He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance as well as his Entrepreneurial Certificate. Luke started working in the mortgage industry right out of college in 2003. He has worked with every kind of client out there. Luke’s goal with every client is not to meet but exceed their expectations.
