Kristine is a Cincinnati native and has lived and worked in West Chester, Ohio since 2004. An honors student of Miami University as well as a multi-media broadcasting school graduate, Kristine started her first real estate venture at the age of 22 when she bought a grocery business. She found out the hard way that selling a business is very difficult when you don’t own the building! That first lesson in real estate, combined with growing up in a family of business owners and investors, led Kristine to her career of buying and selling real estate. This is more than a job for her- it’s her passion!
Kristine’s specialties include marketing homes to sell for top dollar, investment properties and helping to educate buyers in their own procurement of real estate. Kristine also enjoys relocation clients as she herself has lived in four different countries and several states so she knows first hand what it’s like to move and discover a new place to live.
Kristine’s goal is to help eliminate the stress of moving as much as she can for her clients. She can help with moving companies to contractors and everything else in between. Her database has been a lifesaver for many of her clients even after the home buying/selling process is over. She is a dedicated, detail oriented person who specializes in creative solutions while keeping an eye on the big picture. | Kristine recently guided us through the best home buying/selling experience we have had in the past 40 years with three previous homes. She was knowledgeable about the real estate market and the purchase process. She was attentive to details, and kept us apprised of everything so that there were no surprises as we went along. She had clear explanations about all the paperwork. We would definitely turn to Kristine in the future for any real estate broker services (though we expect that this new home will serve us well for many years!). |

| Kristy Green was my agent when I bought my condo. It was my first purchase on my "own" just after a divorce where all of our assets were combined. She was so kind, and so patient with my MANY questions. Her bubbly friendly personality helps a buyer that especially like me was frustrated, nervous, and feeling totally lost in not only the real estate aspect but in that time of my life. She was more than a realtor to me..she became my teacher, my quidance, my friend.
