My name  is Kimberly Mitchell and I have been in the real estate/mortgage  industry for over 20 years.  My background includes seven years selling residential real estate as well as new home construction sales/management.  I have spent the past fourteen years providing mortgage expertise to homebuyers.  From 1994 to 2004 I owned/operated a net branch for a Northern California mortgage banker.  During this time both my personal and branch production continually ranked in the top tier of the organization.  Our branch provided all types of financing, including FHA/VA and many first time homebuyer programs.  In 2004 I made the decision to merge my business with another net branch organiation, Residential Pacific Mortgage.  Since that time I have continued to provide superior customer service to my valuable clients.  I take great pride in spending the time to understand each client's indivudial needs and future financial goals.  I develop and implement a mortgage plan that will enable them to continue their efforts in achieving their ultimate goal(s).  In addition, I have a Bachelor's of Art in Business Management from St. Mary's College.  The combination  of twenty plus years in the real estate/mortgage industry, owning and operating a mortgage business and a business degree gives me the solid experience and background to provide my clients with experience and knowledge they can trust and deserve.
